Terms and Conditions

1. Promo runs from November 15, 2023 to December 31, 2023. Customers may begin redeeming the on-the-go bag from November 15, 2023 to February 29, 2024.

2. Stickers can only be earned for the specified purchased products mentioned in the mechanics. Tampered digital cards and cards with unofficial stickers or serial 

numbers will be investigated and disqualified.

3. Stickers cannot be transferred between cards. Each customer may use 1 digital card per 1 on-the-go bag redemption. This promo cannot be combined with physical cards, other loyalty cards, discounts or promotions (Gusto Privilege Card, Cashback, Senior Citizen, PWD, etc).

4. Completed digital cards will be verified by our agents before being delivered with their next order. Completed digital cards will be archived, and a new digital card will be offered to the customer on their next purchase.

5. Caramia reserves the right to modify or terminate the holiday loyalty card program, and prizes without prior notice.

6. By participating in the program, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by Caramia.


1. Customers can obtain a digital holiday loyalty card by ordering from www.caramia.ph or calling the hotline 8822-1111. 

2. To complete the digital card, customers must purchase the following products via www.caramia.ph or the hotline 8822-1111: (3) whole cakes or pies (9) gelato (except junior). 

3. Each purchased product is equivalent to one sticker on the digital card. 

4. Customers need to collect a total of 12 stickers to complete the digital card. 

5. Once the digital card is complete, customers are eligible to redeem an 

on-the-go bag from Caramia. It will be delivered to the customer upon check-out with their next order via www.caramia.ph or calling the hotline 8822-1111.
